Terms of Use
1. What WE DRIVER is
WE DRIVER is an introduction and record service. We help you structure a vehicle or energy decision, we present options, and we introduce you to the party who actually supplies what you choose.
We are not a motor dealer and we do not sell vehicles. We are not an energy retailer or an energy broker. We are not a credit provider or credit assistance provider, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to enter a particular credit contract. We are not a licensed electrician; installation work is performed by the licensed contractor you engage.
Any transaction is between you and the supplier, dealer, retailer, contractor, buyer or seller concerned. We are not a party to it.
2. Response times
We aim to respond to a submitted request within 48 hours. That is a service target, not a guarantee, and no compensation arises if we take longer.
3. Information on this site
Vehicle specifications, indicative pricing, range and efficiency figures, electricity plan rates and charging site details are compiled from manufacturer, retailer and public sources, including the Green Vehicle Guide and Open Charge Map. They change without notice and may be out of date or incomplete. Confirm current terms with the supplier before you commit.
Simulator and comparison outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide. They are not quotes and they are not a promise of any particular saving, cost or outcome.
4. AI Vehicle Check and health scores
The AI Vehicle Check produces an automated estimate from photographs and details you supply. It is a screening aid, not a physical inspection, a mechanical assessment, a roadworthy certificate or a professional valuation.
A health score reflects only what is visible in the photographs provided and the details entered. It cannot detect mechanical, structural, electrical or flood damage that is not visible, and it does not verify that the photographs show the vehicle offered. Nothing about it should be relied on as a substitute for an independent inspection before purchase.
Badges shown on a listing describe how a record was produced, not a warranty of condition.
5. Marketplace
Listings are created by sellers. We never take possession of a vehicle, we do not hold or handle sale funds, and we do not verify seller title or ownership.
If you publish a listing, you confirm that you are entitled to sell the vehicle, that the photographs are of that vehicle and were taken by you or with permission, and that what you state about it is accurate. If you enquire or make an offer, you accept that we relay it and that any agreement reached is directly between you and the other party.
Inspect any vehicle, verify its identity against its VIN, and obtain a PPSR check in your own name before paying money.
We may remove a listing, an enquiry or an account at any time, including on notification that content is unlawful, misleading or not the lister’s to sell.
6. Fees and commissions
Submitting a request is free. Any fee payable by you for our service is disclosed to you before you commit to anything.
Some suppliers pay us a referral fee or commission when a customer we introduce takes up a service. Where that applies, it is disclosed on the relevant page. It does not determine the order or content of what we show you.
7. Your obligations
Provide accurate information. Do not submit another person’s personal details unless they have agreed. Do not use this site to send unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to scrape or bulk-collect data, or to interfere with its operation.
8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
Subject to section 8, and to the extent permitted by law: we provide this site and its content as-is; we do not warrant that any vehicle, plan or installer will be available, suitable or offered on any particular terms; and we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on site content, from a decision you make, or from the acts or omissions of a supplier, contractor, buyer or seller introduced through this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
10. Intellectual property
The WE DRIVER name, the site design and its written content belong to APERSON SERVICES PTY LTD. Photographs you upload remain yours; by publishing a listing you grant us a licence to display, resize and watermark them for the purpose of operating that listing.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always at this address, with the date it took effect at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
